At this stage in her career, Drew Barrymore has starred in countless romantic comedies. However, it's in "Going the Distance," a film that also features her on-again, off-again boyfriend Justin Long, where she truly shows her emotional range.
Barrymore plays Erin, a 31-year-old aspiring journalist who is about to finish grad school in New York City. One evening while out at a bar, she meets and connects with Garrett (Long), a record label executive.
Although Erin tells Garrett that she's headed back to California and not looking for anything serious, the two eventually fall for one another. The new couple embarks on a long-distance relationship that brings with it laughter, tears and several life lessons.
While "Going the Distance" shows one of Barrymore's finest performances in recent memory, the actress is also beloved for several past projects. "50 First Dates" and "The Wedding Singer" remain two of her most cherished romantic comedies.
Warner Home Video has announced some special features for the release of the summer comedy GOING THE DISTANCE, starring Drew Barrymore, Justin Long, Charlie Day, Christina Applegate and Jason Sudeikis, on Blu-ray. The movie is set to hit stores on November 30, 2010 which is just three short months after it’s theatrical release.

He makes that FX comedy series and hopefully this, along with the upcoming comedy HORRIBLE BOSSES, will help him break into bigger roles. Special features for GOING THE DISTANCE include:
